    Beautiful property but it's pretty dated so there are some maintenance issues. Great location in central ubud so everything you need is pretty much close.

    The rooms are spacious and clean. Monkey forest is about 10 mins walk from the hotel. But by car it is around 30 mins. The hotel is peaceful as it is not at the centre of ubud. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. Overall a good experience.
