    The day we checked in we were given a twin bed room where as we had booked a triple room. The receptionist started arguing as to how and where did we book from and agreed to give us a room on the third floor. The lift was out of order. The fire alarm started ringing in the middle of the night, not once but thrice. We checked out the next morning and moved to another place.
