    Near Airport, efficient shuttle service, good security, pleasant surrounding s. Need to improve check-in time taken, breakfast was superb but for Indians vegetarians they have nothing. Satisfactory stay for transit.

    Short night stay

    Room was ok, not very great restaurant food. Downstairs was very bad. Buffet breakfast also not very good.
    Very poor stay. Not well clean. No guest attention. Very dull room with some bad smell in the room on arrival plus bed too soft for sleeping. Overall a okayish experience.

    Trip to Rome

    The check in process was horrible ... There was a q of 10 quest for check in at 11pm. Further in spite of a pre paid two nights booking the htl made a mistake of just one night booking and thus locking me out. I had to again struggle at reception to correct thr mistake.

    Well-connected hotel & nice experience

    The hotel is well-connected to the Airport by a regular Airport shuttle service with enough space for sitting and keeping luggage. It is one of the best Airport hotels. The staff at front office was extremely cordial, late checking at 2330 hours was extremely smooth and quick. Choco cookies at reception was most welcome thing at midnight check-in. Internet connection was hassle free. Free breakfast buffet included in my booking was awesome. All Indian travellers should note that the omelet served has beef stuffing. They waitress was very cordial and served me a masala omelet stuffed with vegetables and it was awesome. This hotel is highly recommended for short visits to Rome. The only thing which the hotel needs to do is provide at least a bottle of complimentary bottled water. Overall, a nice experience.
