It’s an apartment in a bigger house but independent with its own entrance. The family is super friendly and the apartment was spotless and warm. It’s only 10 min drive to the center of Orvieto.

Questa struttura non ha nulla dell'agriturismo.Lo definirei un affittacamere fuori dal centro abitato.La sensazione è di trasandato. Unici ospiti, andati a fine gennaio,non so se questo abbia inciso. L'ospite non vive in struttura, contattato qualche giorno prima, ha inviato una governante che ci ha aperto e detto che ci saremmo rivisti a fine soggiorno. Abbiamo chiesto una coppia di lenzuola in più,per eventuali incidenti, avendo un bimbo piccolo(avevo io portato coprimaterasso ovviamente). Abbiamo ricevuto un lenzuolo singolo(in appartamento un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto 1+1/2pzz), strappato e siamo stati accusati di averlo strappato pur non avendolo usato. Per la colazione abbiamo trovato in camera biscotti e brioches da discount, le cialde per il caffè ma non lo zucchero che mi son dovuta procurare. Niente kit di benvenuto in bagno ma in un cassetto saponi usati e prodotti vari usati e lasciati,anche vuoti, da altri ospiti.In struttura nessun ristorante o parte comune, riportata nella descrizione al momento della prenotazione. Ovviamente non è stato possibile chiedere di lasciare in deposito i bagagli per qualche ora dopo il check out,non essendovi appunto nessuno che rimanesse in struttura. Il proprietario possiede dei cavalli che è possibile vedere ed anche accarezzare, ma non si può svolgere alcuna attività. Non abbiamo portato il cane (ammesso in teoria) perché avremmo dovuto tenerlo su un piccolo balconcino.

Bellissima struttura. Io aggiungerei 2 zanzariere per godere dell'ottima aria senza lo scocciamento delle zanzare e una tv per i bambini. A noi è piaciuta e sicuramente ci ritorneremo se capitiamo li in zona.
