Convenient location near train stations, small room but totally fine for what we needed, also not a very long walk to the underground station/city/mall area in central Sapporo.

It’s very convenient for the location for me. Most of the time, l was out so. One time, I had to ask for changing my room to NOT smoking smell room. Yet, l wasn't sure.
And I didn't use the heater but the smoke came through the heating vent sometimes. Although the hotel claims for all rooms are nonsmoking, on the 9th-floor l had to go to the laundry room for washing my clothes. The floor entirely smells smoke. I have a problem with my lungs so I always look for a non-smoking room but l don't know how to find the right one.

One night for early JR departure. Close to station. Not too hard to find. Shopping under station excellent. Okay for two adults one night. Only local Japanese television; have they not heard of cable? Would stay again.
Hotel was amazing for the price we paid! Room was clean and looks newly renovated. Best of all location was great, just less than 5 minutes walk from Sapporo Station.

Typical hotel in japan - rather cramped. However, very clean, ample amenities in the bathroom and guest room, free wifi. No hassle whatsoever. Great for a simple stopover/overnight before your flight, etc, or if you intend to be out the whole day. Reception desk manager was very nice, anticipated our arrival and got paperwork done really fast. My two sons and me were on transit, and that was definitely a good choice for the money.
Location-wise - really near the railway station and a Seico Mart (local 7-11) and a couple of good restaurants, including a grill specialising in beef, that is patronised mainly by locals, and have english menus too.
This is not really a Hotel and is very misleading especially for the price being charged. It is a Hostel for a budget traveler. They make make up on cleanliness and friendliness - but it is very basic accommodation, shared bath facilities and good only for bag packers

Just the Right Distance From the Train Station
This hotel is a good choice since it's close enough to the train station for one to walk there quickly but far enough to not be disturbed by that busy area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was fairly large while still leaving the rest of the room feeling spacious enough. The breakfast buffet wasn't included in my hotel stay but it's worth the cost and guests get a discount coupon too. This place is especially great if you need to catch a train out of Sapporo early the next morning. It's also a good idea to stay here if you plan to take numerous day trips from Sapporo.
