    We stayed for 4 nights. Checkin was smooth and quick. We were given 2 cards for door and worked perfectly till the end. Complimentary breakfast coupons were provided for all days for us. ( very thoughtful) room was just perfect for crashing down after exhausting tokyo shopping and site seeing. However it was bit congested for 3 of us to sleep. Other wise it was very good and cleaned rooms daily. Toilet was very cozy and comfortable. Loved those japanese loo.
