We had received very kind responses from the receptionist. They had provided free breakfast. That multi-cuisine self-service buffet system breakfast is awesome. The Arenaa Star Hotel location and access is very easy from majid jamaik metro station. The ambience is also very nice. The overall rating is excellent from our own experience. I express my gratitude to make my trip online platform and arena a star Arenaa Star Hotel.

Please don't take taxi if you are traveling on budget as you can walk 20 mins away from KLCC station to your room. Also the nearest metro to the Arenaa Star Hotel is Dang wangi station which is about 11-15 mins walking distance. Twin towers and the Bulkit Nanas also in walking distance.

Stay was good. The view of kl tower was amazing. But need to improve on a few things like ac is not cooling properly and noisy. You have to ask for daily toiletries and towels. They don't provide you if you don't ask. In house resturant was always closed so no food was available there.

This Arenaa Star Hotel is very neat, staff is cooperative, with in the heart of the city kuala lumpur easy to access any where from here and u can find food at walkable distance 24 hours ambience is very nice i really like it will plan again and will take the same Arenaa Star Hotel.

The stay was very comfortable. The only disappointment was that the Arenaa Star Hotel has very less options for vegetarians. Otherwise rest all is good and nice. One south indian option like idly. Dosa. Upma. Etc should be added for vegetarian s.

Hotel staff is good but receptionist are not good. They charge extra 50 ringit on account of security which is refundable. But they charge extra 10 ringit per day to update room key.
