It wasnt a pleasant experience, not that there werent plus. I booked 2 rooms based on images which showed windows. When we reached, we did get early check in to one room but it had no windows. Looks like not all rooms have windows. The front desk told us he’ll try to find but not guarantee and we can cancel if we want but he wont cancel at his end. Finally, he found us a window room where the only view was the window of the next building. It wasnt a good experience not to mention that one room was still windowless and suffocating. Also, the rooms and washrooms were extremely small. On plus side, they lend us an umbrella when it was raining and didnt charge extra for the 1 room early checkin.

Being my first international trip i was more concerned about safety. The hotel is located in a safe area and was very close to kl central junction. The bricks field area is where indians feel that they are at home. The hotel staff are kind and were ready to help with any needs. The room was nice and clean with all basic amenities mentioned in the information. The booking process was very easy and i never knew international hotel booking could be this easy. Thanks to makemytrip was making this possible.

Room was good but breakfast was not as expected. It was not buffet and food was given in small road side cafe with limited options and one item per head. With this good star hotel description should mention whether it's buffet or not

Hotel located in main place, which connect all area with KL SENTRAL. So accessing transportation is very convenient.

This hotel is good for people who are looking for easy conviennce and approach to city places with kl sentral. Room is small but clean. It has tv and kettle and refill water facility.

Hotel is located at prime location, near to kl sentral metro station and just opposite to mall. Hotel is good, staff is very cooperative, however room is very small. Hotel is not having any restaurants, they are providing breakfast coupons of nearby restaurants, thus better to book without breakfast for cost savings

Hotel is located at central location. Indian food is available at walking distance. Hotel staff is very cooperative. Room is small than appearing in pictures. There is no restaurant in hotel, they provide food coupons for nearby restaurants so it’s better to make booking without breakfast

Hotel service was too good. Roof top garden was peaceful and customer friendly. Daily cleaning and they've provided free water bottles and cofee. ❓

Very small room and small bed. Unable to put luggage in the cup board and we need to keep on floor and we are unable to walk

Overall, the stay was good but the service was not up to the mark and they were charging extra amount for an early check-in as it should be complimentary is the hotel is not fully booked. Hope so this information is helpful for the one who is looking for booking in this hotel. Thank you!

The stay is very small given that it’s worth the price they offered very good location and near to public stations

Every thing is fine, som services are still required like tea packets, sugar free packets, drinking water quality is not a standerd brands. Tv is there but no use for foreign travellers suggestion charge some more myr but above facilities can be improved

Room is very small. Found cockroaches inside. Bed rolls r not changed regularly unless insisted, post changes of bed roll noticed not clean enough. I had to extend my stay but they charged me more
