Wi-fi not working, AC full speed in room, no remote. All customers complaining but no response and if you are check in then he wants tourism tax.

Easily accessible. Nearby Indian hotels. Rooms are spacious, neat and tidy. 24 hours wifi. Room service good and rooms are sanitised daily. Overall super!

My stay at the hotel was very good. Very safe and polite staff. It’s close to Batu caves as well as Petronas tower(10min). Rooms are very big and clean. Food was good at the hotel but the variety of food is very less. They just offer thosai every morning.

Stay was fine, very near to our exhibition centre and very good access, food quality to improve little bit, no vegetarian foods in buffet, just food has little items to taste it. Facility to increase it, like providing the dental shaving and other kits.

My guest found cigarette packets outside room door and he complained to the recipient but there are no response from hotel side and next day again same happened. Hotel staff is not helpful. Please look in this matter.
