Just an average hotel they charged extra 20 ringgit for tourism tax which i have already paid all taxes as compare to this price you can find some good options

Location and services were not bad. But room hygiene room size and toilet were worst. Bed pillows and sheets were very nasty condition. It far better to pay 100rm more and stay in some nice place. Overall it’s a bad experience for me.

Very good hotel in the tourist area, jalan alor just 100 meters and many restaurants near by. The mart bukit bintang is 200 meters.

There is no lock for washroom door… in Melange Boutiqu it’s in center of Bukit bintang but the location is not ideal for family.

I wanted a hotel that is centrally located but not in a noisy environment. This was centrally located near some malls and the monorail system but it was also quite close to the loud touristy environment which i did not want. The hotel itself is not big and is average in cleanliness. I did not receive housekeeping for the 2 days i was there. What makes up for this hotel is the warmth and helpfulness of the staff at the reception and at the rooftop breakfast cafe. They went out of their way to help.

It is a very neat and clean Hotel with hospitable staff. The breakfast is served at roof top with City view n have plenty of options. The rooms are quite spacious. Only problem is it's little difficult to locate.

No smoking hotel. Room was extremely small could not even open my luggage properly. Bathroom water had issues. Most of the times the water was not there and even though the water came the flow was so low that it could hardly.

This hotel is very nice, the location is also very good, many Indian, Malaysian, European restaurants near this hotel. Al Sarifa Indian Restaurant is just one minute far away. Many massage parlor, seven-eleven mini-market and gift shops around this hotel. Twin towers are in walking distance, Butik Bintang metro station only on 2-minute walking distance. rooms are tiny but very clean, washroom also very clean. totally worthy hotel.

I have booked the hotel on MMT and requested early check-in before reaching several times. Over the mail I didn't receive any update so as I reached KL airport mid night. I called for the same. The hotel responded there are no rooms available for early check-in. I had no option but to reach the hotel thinking at least a couch would be there, in worst case to rest for couple of hours. The hotel on reaching had a small bench to sit which was quite uncomfortable. Also it has a room available for some amount which was too much and which needed to be checked out withing 5 hours that's 12 noon. I had to pay extra in this case just for 3 hours. Another big issue, MMT never shared in the details that the hotel required the charger to be deposited while checking in. This disturbed my cash management as well. The hotel was clean and well organized. The breakfast had very few options and in case you reach late they will not fill up the finished food. Wifi, room service and comfort in room was as expected. Please make sure you book one day advance in case you reach midnight because early check-in might cost you more than the 3 nights stay which you have booked in advance. Only suggestion please respond if the rooms are not available 24 hours prior over the mail.

Good and pleasant stay. Good for solo travellers.
Rooms are too small, but with this price it is acceptable. Hotel is at good location. Good for solo travellers.

I stayed for two weeks after just coming to KL for work while looking for place to rent. I can safely say that it was value for money budget hotel with all basic amenities delivered as promised: - Excellent Wi-Fi Speed - Good Breakfast - Nicely clean room, corridors and lobby area - Gentle and caring staff I will strongly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good 3-star hotel right in the heart of KL.
