Staying at my hotel is the best choice anyone can make. Great location, great staff, great hospitality. They even have a luggage room which comes very handy. Overall great stay

Nice and helpful staffs. Bedsheets and toilet were clean when we arrived here. They were changed and cleaned again the next day.

Room was good. Ok to stay with family as it is very centrally located to market place. For breakfast very limited option. Staff is very cooperative.

I found this property "my hotel" from make my trip. It is just few steps away from nu sentral mall & kl sentral bus station. The rooms are well maintained and clean. And has plenty of south indian foods. And the room prices are affordable only if you book 2-3 weeks in advance. Also has free luggage drop-in facility for 3 days max after check out.

Awesome stay at kl sentral. The location was great near to the monorail station and kl sentral station. I booked a standard room and it was decent. The hotel staff was awesome and cooperative. One thing to note that there are two buildings of my hotel kl sentral, if any one is booking for a deluxe room then it will be in the main building and for the standard room there is a separate building 10 metres away. You need to deposit rm 50 and it will be reversed after checkout. Do note that there is a policy if you wish to late check-out they will charge you around rm 10. Standard rooms are suggested only for solo and couples who want to just cut their cost but not suggest for families as it is a very small room.

Cockroach rooms

Poor maintenance no spacious full of cockroach in night time unable to sleep kids got bite because is this cockroach and got infected

Very small rooms. Separate from the main hotel. Receptionist didn't like indian guests, feel from his attitude. Overall not satisfied stay.

Very well located for budget travel. Klsentral is just near. Can go to places by metro and bus. Indian foods available nearby as it is in little india.
Had a nice stay at my-hotel @ kl sentral for 3 nights. The location got 5 *s. Easy to move around. Lot of restaurants and malls. Room small but its ok for a couple. Neat, tidy, well maintained.

Location and cleanliness

Nothing to complain except the unfriendly behavior of the staff. Not even a smile from a single staff so it felt like i am walking into a morgue. Apart from this, the location is quite accessible and convenient, lot of food joints nearby. The room was clean and the hot shower was working.
