Lactation is good, amenities and services are also good, no avail food at hotel, so cant comment on this.

Nice room to stay and restaurants also very nearer to us. All shopping also very easy. Only problem water heater otherwise all fine.

Feeling average. A/c was not cooling, they repaired that 1 time. Second day also same problem for a/c

Couple visit

We booked to check in when we arrived from airport. Time shown was 2am but when we arrived at 10:00 we were told the check in was 2pm. We were tired from our flight so we had to find something to do for 4 hours. We found a restaurant nearby so we had breakfast and waited. Our room was ready at 1:30pm. We found the room unsatisfactory so we told the receptionist and arranged some work to be done. We had to move to another hotel which was extra cost.

This hotel is located near the tdo famous shopping mall mydeen and hanif which is within 100 meters. And also surrounded by various type of food restaurant.

This hotel is very very comfortable for my all tourist activities in malaysia. Also this hotel is located near two big shopping malls ( hanif & mydeen )
i loves this hotel very much. Special thanks to make my trip application. My rating for this hotel is 5 star.

Hotel is inside and room rent quite expensive

Rent is quite expensive compare to other hotels and here one staff behaviour and attitude is not good.

This hotel located inside and rent is too high compared to other good hotels
