It's purely a budget hotel and an decent stay

It's an decent stay and nearby we have all indian restaurants and well connectivity to city. We can get everything here. First of all it's an budget hotel.

Good amenities and staff. Cleanliness is very good. Staff is very helpful. My electric kettle was not working initially, they replaced it.

I am happy to state that this hotel is surrounded by all facilities like LRT, MRT, mall, restaurant with Indian dishes, star hotels are located on walkable distance. Hotel too neat and clean with good service.

We booked through MMT and paid every bills and charges but when we check in the hotel executives asked us to pay tax for booking done. We paid tax when we do the booking online. Already we were in abroad, so unable to reach MMT team to help. Even we didn't get e-receipt from MMT. Save to go with printout.

The hotel is good but they don't provide breakfast if you book it in your booking they ask you to take a refund from the app you book.

I am so impressed with the staff behavior, they are so kind to the guest, even the front office staff they are so kind. Hotel rooms are very neat and tidy.

Will not book this hotel again. Poor ventilation. No windows. Bed sheets and pillows not clean( photos taken) no soap and tea bags provided.

No room service available. No phone was working wi-fi frequently disconnecting.
