View from the hotel is excellent though the location is a bit off from the city’s hub centre. There is a mall near the hotel which is about 2 mins walk from it. The amenities provided alright and the rooms are very clean. However, the minus point is the lift. We had to wait for more than 10 mins every-time

The room is big and sufficient but the service is very poor. Ac leakage in my room. You need to wait for the lift at least 15-20 mins. Overall experience is terrible.

Poorest of the poor service, average place to stay. You'll die but lift won't come, only 2 lifts for 37 floors

It was a very decent stay. The view from the pool on the 37th floor is amazing. People are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended to stay.

It was very comfortable stay and very nice swimming pool view. Our room was at 37th floor and we feel like top of the world experience

The staff is very polite, and the view from pool side it’s just wow, they take 100 for security and add the the the check out they will return for the security purposes

It’s very beautiful hotel, and all the person are very good and helpful nature and the hotel is in putra so we can easily find the hotel. It was a great experience in that hotel mostly in 37th floor pool and i wish to visit again in upper view, regalia hotel

Room was okay. We chose for garden view room but their hotel rooms starts from 35th floor and garden was not even visible from there. It was only building view which we were getting. Overall it was okay okay experience.

The infinity swimming pool and the location its closer to the downtown, i stay at 35th floor and the twintower view at room is stunning, this place is the best for travellers in the kuala lumpur in budget hotel
buffet breakfast is not good as less choice for vegetarian, there was cleanliness issue but if you are staying for 2-3 days it's not much issuable

The hotel was good but rooms were ok we had to change our room. View from room is excellent no doubt even the infinity was gr 8 but check in is very late breakfast is same everyday no variety same stuffs. Overall nice with a little hit n miss

Terrible Stay

We should not recommend this hotel to anyone as there is no maintenance, lifts are not working all the time and we have to wait at least half an hour every time to go down, our room is in 38th floor so coming down for anything is a nightmare overall cleanliness is not there wall condition, tiles broken carpet full of dust spot. No professionals to clean the rooms it's not at all recommended only twin tower view is good from room nothing else.

Just name of 4 star hotel, but no service, no one is responsible, the reception person is not ready to work, we need to force them, they way of response is rude, no person is helping for luggage. Worst service. Daily same breakfast menu.
