The hotel location was extremely good as it was around happening street with great night life. What i didnt like was the hotel staff behavior which was very rude and they were not helpful. Like asking for an extra towel in the night was denied and they asked to pay for that. I explained that i was drenched and hence needed but no luck. Their food for breakfast is also not good and even if you are staying there, i wohld suggest to have breakfast outside in the closeby street which will be good for tummy and pocket both. Overall an average stat i would say.

I booked room with a bathtub, paid extra for it. My booking also showed bath tub included. But when i checked in there was no bath tub in room. I also enquired with the hotel help desk but they stated that the bath tub is only in family suites not in your booked room. Also had to pay for drinking water as they only provided 1 litre water. Although the hotel was good, neat and clean and at a suitable location if you are looking to visit klcc park, aquarium etc

Rooms are good, breakfast very nice, staff very supportive, perfect location as near to tourist attractive places. I stayed for three nights and prefer to stay again during my next visit.

This property is located at n the heart of kl city accessible to the main attractions such as kl tower, petronas twin towers, shopping streets and food streets. The stay was awesome with all the mentioned amenities were provided. The room facilities were really impressive. The breakfast buffet was really great with many options to choose. Property is well maintained with clean and welcoming ambience.

The property is well located in the heart of city with prominent attractions at walking distance of 1 km. The food is good with all kinds of varieties (for vegans too, also multiple options neraby. Services were also satisfactory.

It was a nice stay there with my family. Heart of the city and very accessible. Rooms are very good. Morning breakfast is very nice with lot of options. Infinity pool at 6 floor was nice experience. Only con that i felt was some of staffs are not friendly.

The stay was comfortable. Staff does not co-operate for any ask beyond 10. 30pm as kitchen and house keeping shut shutters by then. Convenient location and close to many iconic sites.

Location was ideal as it is in the centre and just over a 1km from klcc. Breakfast was good and all amenities and services were provided.

Quality of tv screen is very bad in all the room and only 14 waste channel is being played out of which 5 religious channels we miss t 20 world cup cricket as well as euro 2024 matches. No hot water and leakage from the shower panel. No one respond or lift call from the room and very poor response from the receptionist. Old hotel with poor old cable lines and more walk to both raja chaulan as well as bukit bi-tang metros. Wide spread chain-es breakfast obviously disappointing for indians. It’s chinese based hotel with poor maintenance working staff members agree with me. Rooms are clean and need, but boring with not quality tv pics and religious channels. Pool is good and well maintained in 6th floor.

We had a fantastic stay at Verdant Hill Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ambience and the property are truly wonderful. We stayed for four nights, and the complimentary breakfast buffet offered a variety of options catering to different cuisines, which we really appreciated. Our room was top-class, equipped with all the modern amenities and fully air-conditioned throughout the hotel, even on all floors. The bathroom was impressive, featuring a bathtub and a spacious setup. Room service was also efficient and responsive. One area that could use some improvement is the restaurant. The food service is available only until 9:30 PM, which can be a bit inconvenient. However, the beautiful pool on the 6th floor, complete with a bar alongside, made up for it. The staff were very well-behaved and courteous, enhancing our overall experience. The hotel's location in a main area of KL was very convenient for exploring the city. Overall, our stay was really good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Verdant Hill Hotel. our stay was from 24th May 2024 - 29th May 2024

Rooms good from level 18 to 20. Hotel was good but staff behaviour very rude specially in restaurant. Their closing time is 10:30 but they start winding up from 10, so basically they will take away the dishes kept in your table to eat after 10:30 and not even ask you. They use slangs if you argue as why this.

The hotel is really great and the rooms are wonderful, I had lunch and breakfast was superb. indeed the best hotel for family members and business travel. I booked for 3 days and extended it for two more nights. BUT, the receptionist .. really soliled all the earlier experiences. Being in the front desk role, patience is at most important and he tone of answering the customers was pretty bad. I asked him tone down the voice and then controlled himself. May be he is a bad mood but he should understand he is in a role and responsibilities of listening to customers from various regional cultural backgrounds. quite disappointed ☹️ with him, but definitely this hotel stay was comfortable
