It is very clean and the staff is very helpful. Amazing pool and amenities. However, there was an issue for check in. We had already made complete payment and still they were asking to pay 200myr before check in as security with no receipt of confirmation of reimbursement. When asked they mentioned it is not written in their policy but they will cancel that transaction after our check out and we're asking us to pay through credit card however, in the end they gave us the keys to check in without paying any unnecessary amount this must be checked by the officials as this is very fishy and we are disappointed by this action.

The stay was good as described. Nice living space, but it could have been cleaner. Friendly staff, luxury property, and all were fine. But one of the main reasons for booking this property was the infinity pool with great views. The photos in the description shows as if the pool has the view of both kl tower and twin tower but in reality the tin tower view is completely blocked because they have their other category of suites (de face, platinum, etc) on the other side. This is misleading and has to be corrected to avoid disappointment.

The The Face Suites Kuala Lumpur has the best views of the city. We had our room overlooking the twin towers and would wake up to sun shining right from in between the towers. The infinity pool on the top floor is great but gets crowded easily. There is a 7-11 in waking distance and there is a great market to catch up on cold ones in the vicinity.

Location is very good, with facilities around (supermarket, malls, restaurants, etc). Room clean and in good state. The only inconvenience was the to access the tower C, only one elevator was available and the waiting time could be until 20 minutes! It has and notices explaining the situation but, it is still and inconvenient to the guest.

Property is simply awesome rooms are big located very near to all major attractions and so many Indian restaurant near by and specially the the view from pool is great food is good but not for Indian tourist because you don't get much options as a vegetarian overall stay was great 👍

The rooms are big and spacious. The main attractions are all 5-10 minutes drive from the The Face Suites Kuala Lumpur, so the location is excellent. The view from the pool is great even though a new building getting constructed blocks half the Petronas towers

The face suites in kl is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The positioning of the building in a perfect location makes the entire experience feel even better than anywhere else. The amenities are great and the rooms are superb

Great place to stay. Very hospitable staff. 15 minutes walk to petronas tower, kl tower etc. Rapid kl station is 5 minutes walk from where you could get direct or connected trains to most of the fun places.

Rooms were clean and specious but my room didn’t have a good view there is another building in front of my window and tv was not smart so we were not able to watch as all local channels were coming

Excellent location, just bear mono rail and very close to petronas twin towers and kl tower. Rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast venue has nice view of malaya hills. Elevators could be increased.

Hotel room is very nice. Hotel lift is a major concern. At times need to wait for 15-20min for the lift. Not all were functional.

Great location but service is lacking due to too much guests at the property. Lifts take nearly 10 to 15 minutes to reach at your floor or to lobby.

I have traveled extensively, and this is one of the best of its kind. The deluxe suite i had occupied was equivalent to premium rooms in terms of ambiance and amenities.

We loved our stay here. Wonderful rooms, welcoming staff. Location was good. Near to city. Will come back again.
