Great location! right opposite berjaya times square and lot of restaurants, malls and amenities nearby. Good The Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang with decent sized rooms. Great for a couple of days stay with family. Normal bf spread, but nothing to crave about. We got a windowless room, not sure why. May be the revenue generated by this sale was not up to the mark for metro so they decided to give us this room the stay was good.

Good location, ambience, clean linen and washroom consumables, great view from our triple bed room. Daily cleaning not satisfactory, no floor cleaning or brooming. Only made beds. Locker was not working and despite our complaint on first day itself, it wasn't repaired during our three nights stay. Negligible vegetarian options in breakfast costing 25 myr.

Pros- clean spacious room, location near the metro station, good toiletries cons- the reception lady who seems to be from south india but says that she is malaysian indian has a bit of an attitude which was not very welcoming for us. Rest everything was fine.
