Great view of KL from your room window. Washroom is very spacious and room interior give you feeling like kingdom . Very huge variety of break fast in buffet, you will suffer if you are pure veg. Otherwise for non vegetarian it's like heaven of treat . Pure Malay structure on which The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur is designed . Travel desk is very helpful and decent . Lovely stay !!. They also give you early check in if your flight is too early landed at KL airport . KL towers, aquarium and malls are of walking distance from The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur . Royal e chulan is a good property. Neat, clean and tidy. Rooms are specious, everything in the room is upto the satisfaction of it guests. Located almost in the heart of klcc. All the important places are at walks distance. What i didn't like about the The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur is it's hospitality towards its guests. I noticed a distinct lack of warmth and genuine hospitality from the staff. The front desk receptionists seemed disinterested and did not greet me with a friendly smile or provide any sort of personalized welcome. I had covered a long distance to reach this The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur but to my utter dismay i wasn't offered even a single glass of water.

This was my first time in Kuala, and I was debating between booking other The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpurs but ended up selecting the Royale Chulan. Everything in this The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur is right. Starting with location, it's at the edge of Central Kuala Lumpur, a 5-10 minute walking distance to the monorail, which is another 10 minute ride to KL Central main train station. The location is safe and in a nice area. 15 minute walk will take you to Jalan Alor, one of the most renowned places for street food. In fact, this is probably the best street food I ever had. Also, it's very closeby to Changkat Bukit Bintang, with many bars to choose from.

Everything is good about this The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur but the best thing is the complimentary buffet breakfast which is a real treat. The facilities are really good. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are adequately sized and clean. Location is good. Pavilion Kuala Lumpur mall is walk-able distance. The Twin towers is also nearby but not walk-able. WiFi is good. Swimming pool and GYM seems to be good (I have only seen not used). In short, this The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur should be given a higher star rating based on the experience you get. Real value for money as well.

If you wish to stay in the heart of the city with the jungle effect. Must try this The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur. It’s really very comfort stay in all ways.
It’s my second stay here in 2018. Just love this The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur because of the jungle effect stay in hot city and most favourite thing is pavilion mall is just walkable distance from this The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur. They don’t force us to pay deposit like other The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpurs. And they not even call and force us to check out on time. They have given maximum time to checkout. Simply the royale chulan is best in so many things.

Me and my wife checked in early morning between 7 and 8 am. Mr. Sohyal, if am not wrong was at reception to receive us. Check-in time is 2 pm but on request he allowed us to check-in with a smile not only that he also allowed us to have breakfast as it was included in our room because we had to check-out after 2 days early morning that means we had to skip our breakfast but he allowed us on same day as replacement for check out day. We loved it and sure will book on our next visit. The only issue is little bit far from Bukit Bintang and Raja Chulan Monorail station. It is in between these two station but at 10 mins walkable distance.

The The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur is very good in the following categories 1) Location 2) Ambiance 3) Breakfast buffet quality and variety 4) Staff cooperation. However, we had an unfortunate experience of bed bugs. After, an entire day of traveling and site seeing when we finally needed some rest we couldn't really sleep at all as we were severely bitten by bed bugs. Turns out The staff had not changed the sheets in quite some time. Upon calling the front desk, The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur staff couldn't do much about the fact since it was very late at night. (this was very disturbing).

Room: rooms are very big. I was happy to see the rooms. Location: location wise I am not so happy, not a single restaurant near by or not even you walk outside the The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Service: excellent service I got. Every time I called for help and they provide me excellent service. Facilities: each and every facilities I got I satisfied with that. Only one thing that I should mention that is swimming pool. Swimming is not heated. Swimming pool's water was too cold to enjoy the pool for long time. Cleanliness: very clean The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

One of the most amazing The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpurs I have stayed in my life. It's definitely the best five star in the given budget. The best part was the lavish buffet breakfast menu. You cannot find such a lavish and awesome menu anywhere. Warison cafe rocks. Haven't tried any other restaurants in the The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur so cannot comment. Only negative point is bathing foam should be provided by the The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur to all the rooms which was missing. However this was a very minor negative. Totally an amazing experience.

Royale Chulan is a palace The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It is in the Golden Triangle area of KL - very well located and incredible value for money. It is very close to Petronas Towers as well as Kuala Lumpur Convention Center. The morning breakfast buffet has a wide variety of Chinese Indian Japanese Malay and so many other varieties. The The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur is within walking distance of a big mall as well as large number of good eating places. Love it and always stay there.

The Royale Chulan has the touch of a royal era from its interiors and aroma. The room offered to me was spacious and nice but there was leakage in my bathroom which was later rectified by the plumber. They have assigned me a deluxe room initially but later changed to Club room because I booked a club room via MMT. MMT must look into seriously to tell the The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur personnel the appropriate room category at the time of booking. It was a good hospitality overall and breakfast contain some vegetarian.

Hotel was in vicinity with KL Tower and Petronas Towers. Hotel was neat and clean good in appearance. Room was also good having a small kitchen inside. Staff was also well mannered. Breakfast buffet was having lots of variety vegetarian food was also available although pure vegetarian main course variety was less but this is the trend in Malaysia to keep mainly non-vegetarian food, there were breads and flakes and fruits for pure vegetarian people. Over all recommend for all to stay.

We went as group of 8, three rooms, excellent service, wide spread breakfast, very nice service and staff behaviour, helpful for everything. Hotel is hosted in a very beautiful building close to the center and Pavilion Mall. So, great location and facilities. However, internet connection is poor and room service as well (both days the room was not yet clean at 18:00, never seen in a 5 stars The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur)

Really nice place. Worth the money. Place is beautiful with excellent view of Petronas Tower and location is quite nice, close to the shopping area - Bukit Bintang. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Look forward to come back.

Hotel cafe is very good. You can buy dal roti from there, they call it roti Chenai. Cafe price is very reasonable. 3 RM for dal chenai. 3 for bottled water. Conceirage is also also very good, they keep your luggage safe and provide cab at competitive prices. Grab is cab here and comes to The Royale Chulan Hotel Kuala Lumpur lobby.

Great place .. Good facilities. Great and courteous staff ... Best amongst the best is the breakfast .. Should not miss. And don't forget to check out the live performances at their bar.

Tradional ma-lay building and well kept. Large, clean rooms. Staffing standards could improve. My sire point was the smart room key. If it came anywhere near the phone. It's gone. So back all the way to the reception to recharge. Happened 4 times !
