The room was quite good for the price range. But the swimming pool lacks amenities such as changing rooms and bathrooms. Overall the stay was really good.

Bad experience

The rooms are small, got bad odour and are dirty. The breakfast is extremely unhygienic and tastes bad. The views are good though. They dont even provide basic amenities like dental kit and iron for free. Definitely dont recommend.

It was a very pleasant stay in bella vista. Would recommend it to my family and friends in future. The best part was the clean swimming pool and good breakfast buffet. Very accessible to lot of food joints. Can enjoy a pleasant sunset from the restaurant sitting area. Thank you.

One of the best stay in langkawi. Resort is in kuah area, provide complementary splash water theme park ride for all members, daily room cleaning, great breakfast spread, welcome drinks. Together worth more than money. View is great from resort.

If you are coming for honeymoon atleast stay for one night. Amazing hotel with great sea view. We loved our stay especially pool area

Excellent location, food is very good. Amenities and service are also good. We stayed in room number 141, only negative thing was that locker in wardrobe was broken.

Very bad property like good from our side but room and staff is very very pathetic. No room service if you call in room service they will not come after multiple follow ups also restorant staff also very rude during running breakfast they have close everything. Overt all minus ratings

Swimming pool and sea view are good. Room and room facilities are poor
The hotel is in shambles. The condition is so worse that the ac doesn’t function even after two “engineers” worked on it. Do not book this hotel. You can burn your money instead. Location is very far from main area of langkawi. There are no amenities in this hotel. The ac, fridge were not working. The hotel staff was helpless.
Liked the hotel decor and the appearance. The rooms were decent. Room service was slow but that is expected in a beach location. The pool was clean, the bar tender was friendly, the breakfast had a pretty decent choice not much elaborate.
