This is a luxurious property that offers a private clean beach and great hospitality. Beach facing rooms are very spacious with a beautiful beach view of blue water & white sand and comes with 2 balconies -beach facing and internal property garden and lily pond facing. Food quality was great & property has multiple restaurant options aswell. This is located at secluded location and excellent option for relaxing holiday. Can spend 2-3 days easily without even need of going out.

The property is good and so is their hospitality. I booked a damian suite for 10k per night. I find the room details fine as per the price, but not very appropriate as per the price. The bathroom and bathtub is amazing, but they don't provide you with bubble bath toiletries, which i found a little disappointing. Other than that the morning buffet, sea view is amazing. Must try wooden fired pizza, a little overpriced-but good for indians

The Tanjung Rhu Resort is a secluded resort situated right on the beautiful Tanjung Rhu Beach. It is walking distance to the jetty for mangrove tours and also water sports / ATV rides. The rooms are huge and spacious, the hospitality of the staff is top notch and each one of their restaurants is superb. The checkin/checkout process was seamless and quick. due to its secluded location, getting a grab taxi can involve a bit of waiting. This is the perfect place if you want to just unwind and relax.

The property did not accept the reservation made through mm t and i had to pay again for the stay. The resorrt staff said tgat they had informed mm t tgat tge reservation was not accepted by them but i was not informed by mmt. Mmt should refund the amount fully.

Basics missing, staff not responsive. Overall wouldn’t recommend to anyone given the pricing. Location and food are the only good things.

Tanjung resort room almirahs give a damping smell. It’s difficult to stay for those with asthma or allergies. We were provided room on 2nd floor - no lifts and takes very long time to call in porter. Used spa services were average. Medium hospitality beach and swimming pool is good. Breakfast spread is also fine but very limited vegetarian options for lunch or dinner.

The place is very nice and everything about this place is good but beware of the thieves in house. We lost a lot of money which was left in the room. The hotel staff flicked it and behaved like nothing had happened. We even logged a police complaint, but no help. The management didn't bother to compensate either. All the good work goes wasted. BEWARE.

Paradise in Jungle

One of the best resort locations I have seen in my travel. The resort is beautiful with lot of open space. Staff is courteous and the private beach is just mind blowing. The Bayu Senja suite is out of the world with enough space for the entire family. Good restaurant options as well.

I have stayed this hotel with my wife.. Hotel is located in Tanjung Rhu area of Langkawi.. Quite far from city.. BUT the property is excellent.. They have their own beach and the beach is spectacular, very clean and very long.. Cahaya suite which we booked was great.. Huge and clean, equipped with all the facilities.. Staff is very professional and helping.. Breakfast was good and the highlight was huge variety of fresh fruits and you can see the pool and sea with breakfast.. Hotel property itself is very picturesque and very lush green.. I loved the stay in tanjung Rhu resort and had memorable experience of my life.. Makemytrip helped me to book this hotel in good rate.. Thanks to them..

Tanjung Rhu resort is located in a remote corner of the island away from the commercial areas. This is what it makes a perfect holiday spot. The beach is an absolute beauty, the service is awesome, and the food is excellent. We loved our stay at the resort, and will be happy to go there again whenever we travel to that part of the world the next time.

Just one thing comes to my mind. Thank God I booked the hotel else Langkawi would have been incomplete. The property is pure bliss and so much romantic. I wish I had stayed for few more days. Loved everything about this hotel.
