It’s no more a good place anymore, they’ve changed the staff and facilities. You don’t even get a room intercom, wifi is really bad

The place was awesome. It was a pleasant stay. Breakfast spread was good. The villas are spacious and clean. It has a private beach and salt water pool. Overall good and relaxing resort for your vacation.

Good resort & easily accessible location. Food was very great with vegetarian options aswell. However phone connection was not available in the room which was bit disappointing to call for any room service or necessity.

Good and pleasant experience. Vegetarian options were limited. Property location is excellent and near to all major attractions.

The property has great potential but needs much better maintenance. The location is great, but the food and other services are average. However, i’d book this property again for the location but only if within a certain price range.

The stay at frangipani was just amazing ! we had a beach and pool facing room. Had an amazing balcony. The staff was always very helpful and very welcoming. Cabs would get booked within seconds. You could also book rentals just outside the resort. There were a lot of stores, restaurants and cafes just in-front of the resort. All the major attractions are pretty nearby as well. The resort provided an amazing breakfast platter as well. The only thing that could be improved is addition of more local cuisines in the menu. The resort consciously tries to shift focus to an organic way of living as well which was very much appreciated by us.

Property location is good as it’s on the beach however the room stay was below average there is no in room dining available in breakfast hours so if you don’t book without breakfast the stay you will left hungry as they don’t serve before 12 pm

Excellent resort on the sea beach. We enjoyed our three nights stay at frangipani resort. The staff at the reception were very courteous. The breakfast was good which included one indian item. The breakfast and dining area was adjacent to the beach and we enjoyed it. Only our dinner was little difficult because the items in the resort were different from what we enjoy. But we didn't mind that. We took nasi goring for dinner and also went outside for dinner. The dinner items at the resort should have more varieties. Overall our stay was very satisfying.

Resort is good, services are good. Garden villa is worth for around 9k but beach villa for around 15k with same room is totally not worth the price

Room very good. Upto my expectations. Location great. Just walk out of your room into the beach. Not much crowd so enjoyed peacefully with my family. Food & drinks great and walkable distance to other food and drinks joints. Eat there or get it in your room. Mrs. Marry ( travel desk ) assisted well and planned our sightseeing and other activities and that too at very attractive rates.

We stayed in beach villa, it is a good property with access to a clean beach. Beach part is the best. Very limited options for vegetarians and breakfast should be definitely worked upon. The rooms are a bit dated but maintained. We faced issue of rats coming in the bathroom through the outlet at night and defecating in the bathroom, the same was not very well handled by the staff and we had to ask the staff to keep bricks on the outlet so that it doesn’t repeat. Post the same, no one from the hotel bothered asking if the issue repeated

Location is quite beautiful as it's a resort by the beach and you will have full access to the beach. It's more like a private beach resort😄. We found their services, room cleanliness and everything, up to mark. We had tried only their morning buffet breakfast which had quite a lot of options ranging from breads, Indian and Malaysian cuisine. Had a wonderful time.

Location is very nice right next to the beach. So you do not need to go to another beach for going into water. Restaurant next to beach is very nice can add some more vegetarian dishes.
