    On reception they didn't allow early check-in, for that they charged too much extra money, even our checkout time was 2 p. M. But they charged extra money for early check in till 3. P. M. Room service was pathetic and they didn't even provide the water in room. They charged 52 ringet/hour per room for extra charge, so at the end we end of paying 104 ringet extra money as they did not follow mm t check-in time as mentioned 2 o clock, even hotel management said this to pay and then checkin. Kindly reimburse the 104 ringet that we paid as extra checkin.
