Wonderful stay

It was nice stay for 5 days. With good indian veg food (limited though). Property is great at the edge of beach. Great service and helpful staff. Location is also good.
Location is ok, but service and policies are rubbish. For example - they give two small water bottle per day but on day of checkout they will not give it free. Minor changes in food not allowed, eat what ever is there. They close down burger bar so force residents to eat their buffet for dinner. They really need to get lessons in hospitality! for everything there is a charge, loose your beach towel card you pay, loose your room key you pay.

Property is good with good location and facilities. Need to improve their customer services and help the customers for early checkin if the room available. They need to respond or acknowledge the email sent by customer.

Good hotel, services improvement needed

Rooms are spacious and good. Food is also good. Location is nearby beach and market. Services are average only. They don’t pay attention to the customer, be it at the breakfast/dinner table or be it the room service. For a 4 star property and the tariffs, services are not upto the mark. We kept complaining about wifi, but was not resolved for 4 days.

Property location is good. It is easily reachable and has direct access of beach. Food was below average from indian cuisine perspective.
Anelia resort & spa is a bit overpriced compared to other properties in mauritius. The place is close to flic en fl-ac beach which is a great location.

Perfect resort for relaxation

We went there for on our vacation and loved our stay there. We had booked an ocean view room and the views were fantastic. The included breakfast and dinner were delicious.

Excellent location and great service

We had booked an ocean view room, the staff and service are excellent the staff always greets you and is there to look after your needs. The only negatives which we felt are below 1. We were vegetarians and although they made full efforts to provide you with vegetarian options, the menu is repetitive and after a stay of 5 days you get bored eating the same thing 2. Ocean view room at the ground floor is not very convenient for the view as compared to first floor. The resort remains full throughout so start asking them before to provide first floor rooms rest staff, service locations are all excellent it's bang on flic and fl-ac beach

Reception call support prior tp travel - none
reception & check-in - terrible and unhelpful; early check-in - not available; took 5 hours for only check-in room service - unresponsive hot water in bath - not consistent
drinking water - not available food - over priced
breakfast - options available but repetitive for all days
stay at resort was worst part of overall experience
