    Had an enjoyable and relaxing stay, courteous staff

    Very friendly staff and provided good room service. The hotel is located at a busy and convenient location. Provided travel guidance and assistance for local sight seeing. Room and bed was clean. Had uninterrupted WiFi connection. Good value for money.

    It was a good experience. The behavior is good. Bathroom is small and there is no exhaust fan. Breakfast is good. There is no elevator. My spouse has knee problem and it was difficult to climb stairs. There is no restaurant for lunch and dinner. Staff are friendly and courteous.

    Nice Apartment in a busy thermal street. Hospitality and care by Reception staff is very good and they took care of our needs very well. Any additional requirements were duly met by them. Breakfast option is also very crisp and neat as well as adequate.
