    Faced a lot of problems while checking in hotel as it's confirmed from the app but not confirmed booking from hotel side. We didn't get our room the price in which we checked in is very high. Didn't expected this kind of service from makemytrip.

    The only advantage is the cheap price. Rest we had a very poor experience. Unclean bed sheets, unprofessional staffs, no warm water at all and un hygienic
