The hotel staff was very good & accommodating. The only issue was that no hot water wasn't available for a day. Food was v. Good, too. Helpful with cab booking

Hotel didn't informed that they'll not provide us smoking room, they haven't turned on ac, and while i was drunk at around 3 am they given me bills for food and drinks which i haven't consumed,

It's a recently renovated but only for its common areas like restaurant and lobby. Rooms and especially bathroom needs better facelift. Staff also have to work on their communication skills. Restaurant needs to buckle up with better food quality

Location-wise the hotel is nearer to all points of interest in the city. Just 15 mins from the airport, the hotel provides all facilities. Hospitality was excellent. Hotel staff very cooperative. Food in the cafe is expensive though. Though it is a five star hotel, the room get up and ambience are short of expectations. Stay wad enjoyable.

The stay was comfortable and pleasant. Staff of hotel was cordial and supportive. The complementary breakfast had vast options of indian food. The food tasted good.

It’s a very old property having the switches back of 1980’s, very poor ac as it hardly has flow of air nor hotel provides fan, old washroom tub is very slippery can make anybody fell.

Reception staff were very helpful, specifically anu. The room and breakfast were excellent. Lot of variety in breakfast. The staff send me a good cake for my birthday.

We stayed there for four days two times over the week and had a fabulous experience. Starting from Reception to arranging the required transport and taking a very good care of us gives 💯 rating. Strongly recommend to my friends and relatives. Buffet Breakfast is awesome and the F& B Staff very attentive and courteous. Special mention of Sushan in the Restaurant and Siroj in Reception and to all the Hotel staff, who made our stay memorable. Love to visit again whenever we plan to Kathmandu next time. Best Wishes! It is claimed to be 5 star rating but rooms are not at that level. The bath tub leaked after each shower. Morning breakfast was not value for money. Staff is good but the property is not value for money at all.

Very nicely connected 15 minute to airport and same to pashupati nath temple and almost same to sikh temple and almost same to my business meeting at jafibutti area
