Hotel is very old property renovated to an average level. Room allotted is 314. Corner room and not the best one in this category. Service is above average

Staff was good and well behaved. Very courteous. Bed mattress seriously needs to be upgraded. Not even a 1 star hotel would have such mattress.

Rooms are smelly. Batroom are not usabale. Ac does-not work. Wi-fi not working. Breakfast is average. Very limited variety

The location is good, that's it. It's a ooolddd hotel. The rooms are average. The bathroom is small and fittings are rusty. Staff is okay. No lift on the lobby level. The food is not too great. A bit expensive for the quality of room and amenities. Should've booked the radisson at the same price.

A 5 star luxurious hotel, amazing interior, spacious rooms and beautiful property. Within the premises, there's a salon, spa, gym and a huge open lawn for breakfast

It was a really nice hotel staff was very courteous food was good rooms were clean and tidy with bathtubs and pool view. I shall give 5* to the hotel for everything. Only minus us that the breakfast menu had less variety and it was the same every day with no options
