Property was nice, you showed elevator lift in the provided amenities but there was no such facility. Being all senior citizens we gad a great difficulty. Really not expected from your ace company.

Neat and clean nice room with beautiful balcony. Staff behaviour very nice. Very polite and always ready to help. I enjoyed my stay at hotel tara pokhra. I will surely recommend to my friends and relatives relatives.

Very nice supportive staff behaviour. Breakfast is also good nice surroundings room service is nice
Ideal location, courteous staff. Neat and clean room. Lack lift. Otherwise excellent value for money.

Property location is good. Food and service were also ok. Only there were problems, they were not cooperating with my driver as the basic facilities should be provided.

Hotel front surrounding is well decorated with flowers. Big parking but no seprate rooms for drivers. Others services and staff behaviour were excellent . Thanks MMT.

They are not clear about their policy like as follows. Breakfast included but they will share only give one pratha. Whatever is written in menu you may order only once. No milk powder in room even they won't give you water for tea very unprofessional as they will force you to drink their (you can not bring your own drinks )

The rooms were very clean. The cleaning staff was discharging their duties really well. But the highlight of the stay was staff at reception. The staff was very courteous and polite in nature. Highly recommended to stay

My stay at hotel tara was very comfortable. Room view was very nice, food was also nice but limited option of food was there. And staffs were very helpful. It was value for money.

Boy at reception is very rude. Breakfast is very poor. They ask money for every thing. Very bad experience for family stay. Never choose this hotel.

Hotel stay was very comfortable, rooms were very clean and hygienic, food was also good, would highly recommend this hotel.
