Physically the hotel may call 5* but many attitudes show they are not truly 5. It's only 2 story building but no elevator. For ice bucket they charge which in any hotel give complementary. Food not tasty. No night menu.

Overpriced hotel

Pokhara grandee is far from a five star property. It is at best a 3 star property. The description in makemytrip is absolute bogus, wi booked the hotel for the only reason for bathtub and it dis not have bathtub in the premium room category although it said it does. The breakfast is ordinary and the coffee served at breakfast is nescafe sachets in hot water. Machine coffee is chargeable which is a joke. The distance mentioned in mm t is given 990mtrs which is also a lie as the hotel is approx 3 kms away from the lake.

I stayed in hotel pokhara grandee with my family and it was a great experience. No issue to find hotel through mm t property 's location available. Everything was so perfect, one of the best hotel to spend your vacation.

The view of snow capped mountains from the room was the highlight. Rooms were super clean and tidy. The food prices were bit costly.

It was a very pleasant experience there. I was happy with the service and the most important thing is the view of the hotel was utterly spectacular, the hotel was near to the airport and the tourist places also driving distance. We have had our best holiday there. Their peaceful behaviour n nature is undoubtedly spellbound. Though its a small town thing but they managed to keep everything according to the expectations. I m greatful for that.

Resort is nice but location is a 15 mins drive from lakeside area. Food is good. Old property hence bathrooms etc are old. Room service is quick.

The suite was beautiful along with the hotel park and rabbits there ! food was good and i could get help from kirti at travel desk for my paragliding and ultra light experience! would love to visit again!
