It is easy to locate. Food is good. Room was spacious. Staff are good and helpful. It was worth the price. We enjoyed the stay

Mm t representative told he is surely working on that and manger left right now they’re offering date change and very next day representative will get in touch with confirmation but they called back after 4 days and saying for date change for a week when within 12 hours i m catching my return flights and not able to relocate n to his own recording for clarification and although in refund criteria he already confirmed and found it suitable for refund that’s the blunder it’s better to book other service providers it’s seems at least i never found miscommunication and false committeemen t and at least timely reply is rights of customer and professionally needed in this industry

Staff (especially Ankit and Rajani) were extremely helpful and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Ankit went above and beyond in assisting for transportation from Kathmandu airport.. even when it was last minute. Thank you 😊

The property is very cozy and relaxing and the staff is friendly and at your service all the time. Definitely needs improvement in the food and restaurant. We stayed for 3 nights and found that the food was not satisfactory in terms of taste and vegetarian options also the breakfast spread was not that great. The bakery can be improved too.

Very good hotel to be in Pokhara. It is situated in the heart of city from where travelling is very convenient. Rooms and food are very good. Highly satisfactory.

Rude staff with military rules and regulations . specially pool side staff (couch and his attendant).very bad room service. charged for every single thing required. couch of swimming pool was like a minister ordering guest to what to do what not. embarrassing us in front of other guests n staff for not wearing proper clothing for swimming n to buy it from them which was very short n vulgar to wear.no tea bags of milk tea was available,they provided us only with black tea n green tea bags .when we asked them for proper Indian breakfast tea bags they said it is chargeable. when we r paying u the rent u asked for at least they should provide us with the services n things they have promised for.
Room service was very bad. There was a lizard in my room and i complained to staff but no response from hotel staff. As staff was very rude, i went for swimming in proper nylon swimming dress,it was t-shirt with capri but the swimming couch and one of the attendant started arguing with me . he forced me to purchase swimming costume from them which was very vulgar to wear,as i belong to a family with values and decency. i can’t wear such deep neck and backless dresses. they misbehaved with me and my husband in front of other guests and staff. we feel so embarrassed that we went strait inside our rooms and checked out as soon as possible the next day.if someone wants to live a military type vacations can opt for this resort with multiple rules and regulations.
