    Stay Away from This Hotel – Fraudulent Practices!

    I had a disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel in Amsterdam. Upon check-in, I was asked to pay a security deposit of €106, which was supposed to be refunded after checkout. Unfortunately, that never happened. After leaving the country, I discovered that instead of refunding the amount to my card, they refunded it to some unknown personal card. This is highly unprofessional and feels outright fraudulent. I’ve been trying to contact the hotel through multiple channels—email, phone, and social media—but there’s been complete radio silence. The lack of response makes this even more concerning and shows their disregard for customer trust and satisfaction. I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to be cautious. If they can mishandle something as straightforward as a security deposit, it raises serious questions about their integrity and management. Rating: 1/5 Do yourself a favor and choose a hotel that values its guests and operates with transparency.
