Terrible staff, extremely rude

Rudeness alert. The staff at the reception is extremely rude and arrogant. Due to their own mistake, I almost lost my flight. They spent nearly half hour to check the details and were extremely rude when I requested to hurry up. Even for room service, I was asked to pick up my lunch as they were understaffed. And If I wanted to be delivered to the room, it would cost me 5€ extra just coz they didn't have enough ppl to deliver it. Absolutely ridiculous. I would surely NOT recommend to anyone.
