Outstanding experience, everyone is smiling and willing to help. Hotel is clean, spacious and well decorated. Reception are simply amazing, breakfast is outstanding with plenty of varieties for everyone. Room are cozy, clean and has all the required. Swimming pool and spa is another level. I will definitely come back and book again as soon as i travel again to oman.

Exactly how it was in photos - great staff and had good variety of food options for buffet as well. Had a overall great experience and the location was good too

Located in commercial district of Ruwi. This hotel is perhaps the best to stay. Amazing staff especially at front desk. None at all, great stay, fantastic service.
