The hotel is behind the haram and has good access to gate 17 (al salam) the shuttles are quick and available, crowded during prayer times, elf bakka specific shuttle is #130. Doing um-rah regularly i think this route and access is much less crowded and convenient for pilgrims, it may seem far but when you factor in the quick shuttle it is far less to walk than if you stay in ajyad mifalah ibrahim khalil etc. The hotel management is good, the folks on the reception speak english and the shops, restaurants are in very close vicinity. I’d choose this area mahbas-jinn and elf bakkah all over again.

The hotel is good in general, the worst thing there is Wi-Fi, it's always separated, I hope they see a solution is the time

Location is good as per rate ( bus service 24x7, room was dirty but cleaning staff was good, reception staff not good does not respond good.

The establishment truly exceeded my expectations in several aspects, making my visit extremely convenient and enjoyable. First and foremost, i was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service provided by your staff additionally, the express check-in process made my arrival hassle-free, allowing me to settle into my room swiftly after a long journey. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were also outstanding. The rooms were consistently neat and tidy. One of the standout features of your hotel is the easy access to the lifts. With 24 lifts available, i never had to wait long for an elevator, and this made moving around the hotel effortless. Moreover, the provision of 24-hour free shuttle service.

Location is little far from haram, but shuttle bus is there every 10 min. It may take only 5 min to recharge haram

They have given the wifi but speed is too low. Not able to do anything. In such a big hotel if wifi is not working how customer will do his work or booked his tickets.

The location of the property was very good. They are also arranged travel facility to ha-ram and back. But the service offered by the hotel was average, rooms are very small and not well cleaned, breakfast was just okay. Overall, i rate this hotel 2. 5

No front desk cockroaches were every where, no house keeping no water bottle rooms were stinking toilet were stinking. Overall not to be recommended to any one

I visited at the peak time, management is little irresponsible. No one is lifting the call. Housekeeping is good. 4 km from masjid al haram Shuttle bus is available.

Stay was good, but if I try to call to reception for any service you need to get they will not attend the call, so we need to take the lift down stairs to reception everytime and inform them directly at reception. Bus to Haram was good.
