    Service was very good, hotel was amazing, all staff starting from directors to housekeepers all friendly, helpful specially from housekeeping & room services thanks to all & will repeat visit soon

    The room itself was decent but there was no costumer service. They would not clean your room even after telling them many times. No clean towels were given we had to use the same towels for 3 days. The wifi was not working, firstly it would not connect, then if it would connect after multiple tries it wouldn’t work. No toiletries were given we had to buy our own.
