This Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre is in excellent location in the Orchard city center and lot of shopping malls around it. The staff and the facilities are good. One of the unique thing is the complimentary phone provided by the Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre with free internet and calls to India, allowing us to carry outside the Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre. This was very useful to us There is also food court in the shopping mall if you want to try different country food, but most of them are Non-Veg restaurants. There are some Indian restaurants around, but if you need veg only Indian food, need to go to Little India which is few stops by bus from this place Only thing that surprised me was the request for security deposit of SGD 50 per day per room which was SGD 750. I had not counted this in my budget of SGD and paid using India debit card. This amount gets blocked in your account and will take 7-21 days to get back the money after reversal. So please plan for this.

Hotel is situated in great location. Right behind the orchard road, close to shopping malls the centrepoint, orchard central, paragon etc. Right next to the property is cuppage arcade with several food joints including an indian one the curry culture. There is awadh, another indian restaurant at the centrepoint mall. There is one tandoor at the basement level of the Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre itself but it's a premium one - fine dining. On rooftop, the Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre has a nice swimming pool too. Excellent room, well maintained property, great service. And above all, it had fantastic breakfast buffet spread with few indian vegetarian options as well.

This Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre is at a great location right next to multiple malls and rooms are spacious. Staff is supportive and prompt to address any request. Metro station somerset is just at a 5 min walking distance and has good connectivity across singapore. Breakfast service needs to improve as we waited for 20-30 mins everyday to be seated due to limited space available. Buffet dinner is average however indian restaurant tandoor serves delicious indian cuisine. Overall, we had a great time in holiday inn orchard and had a comfortable stay.

Our stay at holiday inn was very good. Breakfast is excellent with lot of options, Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre staff is very courteous and Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre is very clean with spacious rooms and neat bathroom. Swimming pool is also very well maintained with attached bathroom having sauna bath. Quite close to mart and bus stations. Orchard mall is just five minutes with lot of food options. Overall i would rate the Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre as good as five star.

The Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre well located on and the best and classy road of Singapore very well in reach from all attractions by all means of transportation including walking. Thoroughly enjoyed and was mesmerized by everything in the Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre facilities including the courteous and helpful staff. To sum up all a very starry comfy mesmerizing and unforgettable holiday.

The Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre experience was overall great with (a) nice combination of local and international cuisine for breakfast and dinner - including and indian tandoor restaurant (b) right location - near to somerset mart and orchard mall (c) swimming pool & (d) clean and spacious rooms. Few things to keep in mind is their late check-in and early closure of restaurants (9:00 pm they start closing procedures, which is quite much early for tourists.

The service of the Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre is very good and all staff is very good. They provided us with free bottles of water as much as we requested. Only issue in most Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centres there is less vegetarian options. You could only find idli sambhar and either aloo or mull paratha, upma or dosa and one sabji which was okayish. But overall the Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre was good

It was good Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre. We stayed there for 3 nights and absolutely loved our stay there. Location is amazing- close to shopping paradise of Orchard street. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Singapore. Breakfast service is good and so is swimming pool. But never got to eat lunch and dinner so cannot comment on that. But very nice eating places around.

Hotel experience was very good, conveniently located in a happening and posh area, close to malls and food courts. Smrt is walking distance. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful.

Room was super clean and spacious. Food is good. But didn't like Tandoor restaurant that much. Not Worth of money you spend. Service was very prompt. Location is superb. You can roam Around also. Overall the stay was awesome.

Great location - 2 mins walk from orchard road. Mart stations are also 5-7 mins walking distance. Good food with lot of options in breakfast. Excellent staff - very helpful and prompt in responding to requests.

Our Stay was excellent in the Holiday Inn. We got excellent service. We got warm welcome when we reached on the reception deck. We reached early as our flight got prepped and we immediately got our room. Thanks a lot. Very close to all our destinations places. Breakfast service was great.

Excellent location - Orchard Road is round the corner and the airport is not far away either. Hospitable staff - a surprise mock fire drill was conducted during our stay and it was seamlessly executed. Good facilities. We requested for a late check out and were immediately accommodated.

Good and courteous staff extended our stay by 2 hours during checkout from 12.00 pm to 2.00 pm without any charges.
