The hotel staff specially the female sitting on the reception was very rude. I will never ask anyone to visit that hotel because of the lady sitting as she was very rude. We stayed for 6 days and on last day i requested can we keep our luggage for few hours in your storage area (ready to pay if anything required. If it was no she should have told politely but she was rude. Other than this the hotel and other things was ok.

Terrible Stay

Other than location the stay was not great. We asked for an extra blanket and were told housekeeping is only there 8am to 8pm. Some staff very rude. Will not book again.

Poor Stay

Very nice location but the lady at the counter was very rude. No help whatsoever. Requested to keep the luggage for few hours, and declined very abruptly. Also, horrible breakfast.

Room is too small

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The room was extremely small, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. The lighting in the room was very dim, which made it difficult to relax or get any work done. To make matters worse, the tv had no channels available to watch, which was quite disappointing. There was also no drinking water provided, something i would expect from even a basic hotel stay. While a kettle was available in the room, there were no tea or coffee items provided, which made it pretty useless. Overall, the stay was not satisfactory, and i would not recommend it to others unless these issues are addressed.

The food is good, the staff is also good, and the rooms are a little costly for the price. Near to mart station.

I wanted to extend my deepest gratitude for the exceptional experience we had during our stay at your hotel. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff's professionalism and friendliness made us feel right at home. A special thank you to chef mr. Joshi ji for the outstanding meals. Every dish was a delight, and the flavors were exquisite. The chef's warm greeting and personal touch added a special charm to our dining experience. We look forward to our next visit and will highly recommend to our friends and family. Hotel is in prime location near rochort mart station.

Location is very good, all indian restaurants are easily accessible and buggies market is also nearby. They provided complementary breakfast

Decent hotel

The family room was decent. Although the windows in the room do not provide any view or good sunlight. The bathroom is very small but has all required items. I suggest this place if you plan to roam around the whole day and just spend night in the room. The location is good and have many eateries outside at walking distance

Great staff and location its close to the rochor mart station and plus there is access to all the amazing food options in-case you feel homesick the hotel has wooden flooring and is a vintage building converted to a hotel. It gives a cozy feeling!

No hand wash, doormat or soap was available at the property. One of the staff was very rude. No windows available at the property for ventilation and room was very small as shown in the description

For indians hotel is at good location. Lot of food options. Near to 3 different metro stations. Hotel is neat and clean. Only problem i faced was in washroom no proper water flow to take bath. It was very slow. Also hotel ceil and floors are of wood so expect some noise sometimes

I wrote to them for date change they did not reply. It was a no show. Due to last minute plan change i requested for date change. No show and mm t did not allow any date change.

The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. The property is located on same road as mart which makes travel-ling from the hotel to the major tourist places very easy & accessible. Morever, the hotel is a great choice for indians travel-ling with family as this hotel is nearby some amazing indian restaurants in little india.

It is not hotel, it is just lodge, not recommend for couple and family. Only manager handles whole hotel. Booked for three nights but left the after one night due to bed bugs, staff is very rude. Please do not book this hotel if you want enjoy your tour.

The hotel is good and well clean. The staff is very nice and kind to us. The rooms are clean and cozy. All though there is not much option in breakfast, all me have is eggs, milk and corn flakes. The best part of the hotel is it is very close to Rocher metro station. Over all it is very nice stay.
