Rooms are too small with private bathroom. Value for money as compared to other hotels and staffs are very helpful. Early check-in was provided without asking. Which was a life saviour.

Location is very good, next to express bustop. Every 10 mins you can get a bus. Very near to mart stations. Cleaned rooms with very good supportive staff

Terrible Stay

The rooms are not sized well and the bathroom is not thought for different sizes of humans. The greetings at the reception is good but the infrastructure is terrible, one should stay if you are out of options or visiting when there is a rush in tourists like f1. Else avoid

Booked for twin bed room but offered vvv small room with a single short bed. My son is very tall. If i raise my hand it w ii touch to the side wall imagine how it would be for my son.

The best hotel and the best staff. Very easily to commute everywhere. Approximately 1. 5 km to mrt. Bus service is 131, 139 to go to nearest mrt.

Clean, hygienic, welcoming staff at the reception. I was a first time traveller to singapore. I arrived early in the morning and the standard check in time was 15:00 hrs. I called them up on an early check-in option. They provided me the same 5 hrs early and also waived off surcharges and offered it complementary. Strongly recommend the place for short stays.

Drab and undistinguished hotel. Bunker like corridors and gloomy interiors with crammed up moving space. Indifferent hotel staff. Poor maintenance of rooms.

Mm t shown-ed while booking and actual of the hotel is not matching. Very disappointed. Hotel staff are not friendly and basic facilities are also not in place. Ac water leaking, smell in corridor and near lift, very old setup in room.

The rooms were very cozy and clean. I opted for a window room. The hotel is at balestier road from where you can find small shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel provides yo with all the amenities a three star or four star can provide. Mart bus stop just in front, you can go to any place to the singapore from here. I strongly recommended traveller from any country to stay at this hotel. Not only you will save money but a well time also.

Amazing place and good staff.Very friendly staff ,they will help you with the routes and places wherever you want to travel in Singapore.Polite and minimal disturbances in the hotel.Very smooth and fantastic stay.

It is at a very good location on balestier road with a bus stop as soon as you step out of the hotel which makes access to mrt and other bus routes very easy. It’s a good budget hotel. There is a ab c restaurant right next to it which serves good and affordable food and is open 24*7.
