The hotel’s breakfast alone is a compelling reason to stay here. My mom enjoyed the best coffee of her life, freshly brewed to order. Every dish is carefully prepared with top-quality ingredients.
After traveling across Europe for three weeks and three consecutive years, this hotel’s breakfast stands out as the best and my absolute favorite.
CONS
The hotel aims to present itself as a highly modern property, but some aspects fall short of this vision.
For instance, the shower room features a contemporary design with glass walls, but it is only enclosed on one side, making it uncomfortable to use as water splashes all over the floor.
Additionally, the televisions could use an upgrade to smart TVs, which are standard in this day and age.
Lastly, the air conditioning system is turned off during this season, with management assuming that nighttime temperatures are sufficient. However, guests should have the freedom to decide their preferred room temperature for comfort.
Good, well located hotel with room for improvement
Beautiful hotel, loved the l'occitane bathroom products in the room! Also rooftop terrace is really nice, although the bar was closed while we were there. Good location.
The room would be better with the cupboard being more accessible and better lit (it was hidden in a dark corner) as well as a full length mirror. Breakfast was disappointing as it had a small selection that frequently ran out and staff weren't attentive.
This was a great stay! The staff very helpful! Clean room spacious! About 8 minutes taxi ride to the train station!
Love this boutique hotel. Staff is courteous, breakfast options are great and the restaurant offers good options. The roof top is beautiful and the rooms spacious and well appointed. Overall a great experience. My go to hotel in Barcelona.

This is a lovely hotel and the only reason I took a star off is because I had requested a quiet room and got one on the noisier side and by the elevator. I also requested double beds for everyone and got one with two singles so had to ask to change one of the rooms.
That aside, everything else was great. The staff were lovely, the bar downstairs was a great place to have a glass of wine after a busy day and the terrace was fab.
The housekeeping was exceptional, not the sort of thing I normally comment on in a review but the team deserve a mention!
The location was also great as you can get down to the main points in town easily on the train or walking. Great places to eat around and a fab coffee shop down the road. I would happily stay there again.

This is a great boutique hotel , family run , very friendly. Not city centre but close enough if you like walking or a short taxi ride. The area is good and safe , we walked to the sights most days unless it was raining. By Barcelona standards it's very reasonably priced with a nice brasserie style restaurant , the staff were all friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only regret was that the rooftop bar was closed for the season, something we were looking forward to experiencing. However as the weather was unusually cool and wet there was only one day out of six when we could of used it anyway.

Good location, close to the Metro station. Reasonably quiet in the evening, with good soundproofing. Rooms were clean and stylish, with good amenities, though tea/coffee making in the room would be welcome. Reception staff very helpful and bar staff accommodating. Roof terrace bar was closed but the terrace area was nice.
Would stay there again.
james.friendsOct 17, 2024 The hotel is located in a convenient area for accessing the sights of Barcelona, as well as many excellent restaurants. We walked to and from most places. The breakfast is excellent (not included with room rate) and the wait staff and reception staff are friendly and helpful, most of whom speak excellent English. The rooms are clean, modern, with comfortable beds. And, the room rate is modest. I think "highly recommended" is the category.

We were very happy with our stay. Walkable to some great areas for food and transportation access. Hotel was very comfortable, nice rooftop. Would stay there again if we decided on that area of town.
