This property is located in an excellent location near the sea and walking distance to cafes and eateries. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained with clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, some guests faced issues with the wifi and hot water. The breakfast provided was not up to the mark and there is no room service available. Hotel location is very nice near to all the important places and shopping areas. Bit vintage type Comfort@15 Hotel Colombo. Deluxe rooms are very spacious. Nice staff especially we loved Mr. Andrew from the kitchen. He accompanied us in seeing the Colombo City and made us good breakfast. Overall good stay. Difficult for older pal as there is no lift- but it's OK, it has only first floor.
