It was a comfortable stay. Hotel is clean and very near to all important attractions. Staff are very good and cooperative. The tariff is also very reasonable

C1 colombo fort hostel is a cozy and comfortable place to stay in colombo. With a good location and an ever smiling helpful staff a recommended place to stay for sure

Location is good
neat and clean
poor provision for hanging clothes washroom were clean
bedlinen was clean
proper storage of luggage was lacking
staff was courteous

The experience was good. Beds are comfortable. Location is good. People on front desk are friendly and common area is nice. I found 2 drawbacks. 1. There was no filtered water that you can use to refill your bottle, you have to buy that. I don’t know but wifi in whole sri lanka was pretty bad so i guess their broadband service is bad.

Have been to many hostels but I especially liked the design of dorm beds here which gives perfect privacy even in presence of other 5 people in 1 dorm. Liked the common areas and breakfast setting too.
