The hotel stay was very comfortable, room was of premium category with excellent view of the ocean. The bar manager mr thoshu was courteus and service was good. The housekeeping staff was good.

Overall satisfactory. We were offered a free upgrade. Sea facing views are wild. Restaurant etiquette has scope for improvement. Poor usd exchange rates and does not accept inr. Exhorbitantly high taxi fares for booking from the hotel to anywhere. Best for corporate but also good for families.

Very nice location. Bang opposite the sea. Very big rooms. Excellent service with roof top bar. One can spend time overlooking the indian ocean.

Location excellent. Too many repairs which were done during our stay. Very annoying house keeping did not bother to keep the necessary toiletries water and we had to keep on calling food is good

The service is very slow and also you have to ask multiple times to get any room service. People in the lobby are not able to guide on how to travel around colombo

Good hotel just opposite to sea. Cross the road n a railway track n see is there. Rooms are ok. Good at dine restaurant is very good. We had a very good breakfast. Only challenge was room ac cooling was not good. Complained few times n finally they have changed the room
