Amazing stay, greta property, super clean and large swiming pool, very elegant neighbourhood. Beach area was excellent with great sunset. Very scenic beauty

Nice location, we can walk to the beach for a morning walk. Good food in room service and in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet spread is good and tasty. Reasonable price for the room and checkin and out process was smooth

It was not so nice experience as while checking out we discovered that our mobile phone which was in the hotel room was stolen. When we enquirer the hotel staff they doesn't seems to be helpful. It was very strange and terrible feeling. Although room were clean but breakfast seems to be separate and has to be paid in the table only. Food variety was not that much and they are spicy not so good for family and kid

The hotel stay was pleasant. The location of the hotel as well as rooms were excellent. Though it is around 31 kilometres from bhandarnayake airport, colombo. But all good 5 star hotels are around ramada colombo only. Its just at a distance of 200 meters from sea shore near galle face beach. The hotel had a sumptuous breakfast menu in the buffet package though it appeared bit costly to me. I used the ‘baked’ area in the lobby side for breakfast at times which had a full list of bakery items along with tea/coffee. The staff and frontdesk was quite supportive and mannered. Overall the experience was good for my entire stay.

Room was quite good with good view. If there would have be n a balcony, it would have made it better. Food was very nice and it was indian food which was icing on the cake. I definitely recommend this property for a reasonable and good stay option.

We were happy with the checkin and the room. Location is good. We had dinner at the restaurant and were disappointed with the service. It took a lot of time plus the cutlet for sushi was given 10 min after serving the platter. However the food served was tasty but there were no salmon or tuna available.

Here's the updated message: "subject: poor service experience at ramada restaurant dear ramada management, i visited your restaurant on [date] and had mixed expectations. While the food quality was good, the staff service was extremely disappointing. Specific issues: - staff attitude was rude and unprofessional - orders were delayed and staff seemed disorganized - staff failed to address concerns and provide timely resolutions we brought these issues to the attention of the manager and staff on multiple occasions over the last 3 days, but surprisingly, we have yet to receive a single response or resolution. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer feedback is alarming. As a result of this experience, we have lost confidence in the ramada brand and will not be patronizing any ramada hotels or restaurants globally for our future travels. Improving staff training and customer service skills would greatly enhance overall experience. Sincerely, [your name"

The hotel is located at the city centre with convenience to other attractions of the city. The hotel staff was really welcoming and the breakfast buffet was also good

Food was good but services were bad. I had a bad experience while i took taxi from hotel he said that the total running was 175 kms but basically it was 121 which the staff agreed later. It was purposefully done by driver

Bad service and food quality is bad. Hotel room is not clean. It can improve their service. Reception people need to coordinate with their staff in allotment of room

Location was good, security was fine, rooms quite bigger, elevators were working well but the landing of the floors was a very small. The breakfast was reasonable whereas the location was not good / attractive
