Ok, so rooms and view from room very beautiful and serene. But the staff at reception not cooperative and do not help much, dont bother to listen to our concern, while entering hotel for checkin, she over sighted us, no smile, no greeting, felt like we are not welcome here, is it not weired, disappointed.

My stay in montreux hotel ed-en palace

Good property at the lake side and walking promenade along the shore is breath taking. It is just 9 mins taxi ride from montreux railway station. Uber charges 12- 14 chf but only draw back that they have three step at their entrance so trouble some to carry the luggage. Also they forgot to keep the bottle opener and told me to take the bottle to the bar area to open up but senior person intervened and sent the bottle opener. It may be that julia at the reception couldn’t understand english properly. Other wise it is good property

Amazing location everything is close railway station shopping food shops promenade just behind the hotel where you can amazing lake view breakfast amazing only city tax is very much

They couldn't adjust the booking in spite of circumstances beyond everyone's control

Our flights got cancel-led and did not expect a refund since the rooms were booked on a non cancellation basis. But given the circumstances, we asked them to adjust for a later date. Thry simply refused and it was highly disappointing.

Spacious room and nice Lakeside view

The style is contemporary for the property and room was very spacious compared to any other hotels. Bathroom with the modern amenities. Luckily we got the lake facing room, so very nice view from the balcony. The hotel staff was very helpful. Good value for money as the other hotels in the same area also charge similar.

View was good from the room but again very cold in the evenings. Also the property is too old and not maintained well. The breakfast spread was just about normal. The location was very good, proximity to all the places.

A great location with majestic

The hotel is located next to the Montreux Casino bus stop, and easily accessible from the railway station. The rooms are big, and the hotel offers a amenities for the price they charge. Swimming pool, restaurant, basic toiletries, etc. Very accommodating staff who were kind enough to keep my luggage until I returned from Chilton castle.
