Not cleaned room and the service is not so friendly. Also away from station need to improve on the hospitality compared to our indian services. It was not worth it for paid

For people who are leaving within the duration of their swiss pass. This is one of the best choice. They kept luggage and we were able to visit places till check in time. Room was big and fully equipped. Comfortable bed. 7-8 mins walk to nearby railway station, from there you can reach to zurich hb directly.

Within 15 mins from zurich airport by hotel stuttle (free) from airport to hotel while 6 chef per person for drop from hotel to airport ! there’s a maced along with the hotel for quick grabs

This was by far the worst radissons property i have ever stayed at. The rooms were small, dusty and trash from the previous guest was also not cleaned. Shower was more like a phone booth with clogged drain. Even after complaining about it they didn't do anything. Housekeeping was horrible and reception (someone named weronica) extremely rude. The kettle was missing from my room so i called them to provide me with one. After waiting for almost 20mins when i called the reception (you can't call house keeping directly, the named receptionist started speaking rudely that she has already told housekeeping and she can't do anything else. This property was a blot on radissons' reputation.

Radisson blue is nearer to airport than radisson. Make careful booking

Hotel is a bit away from zurich airport. Taxi charges cf r 48 as most time drop shuttle is away and you may not be able to wait. . Uncertainty no help to set tv etc available. As reception and house keeping not reachable on intercom. They should keep one staff to attend to hotel guests intercom calls needing some help windows have vanisian blinds they were shout and room you cannot see sky outside. As the special blinds operate electrically. Which did not know how to operate. Tv remote was not kept in room so even cannot put tv on. No one picks phone at reception. Keep sitting or go to reception for every thing even if you are tired of long flights. We wanted to book radisson which is just at airport itself. But when we booked on mm t we were first shown this radisson hotel and not realising it is distant hotel we booked. And realised only when actually there. May be shuttle would be there. But tired we just took taxi to radisson. Sorry to give above facts but one expects comforts and relief at no exorbitant other costs. May be many people are not using radisson hotel because it is at distance.

I stayed at this airport hotel as i had a day before my long flight to usanext morning. Hotel was nice to give me early check in. The room was very small, bathroom was still smaller and i was constantly worried that water will flood the room

Misleading description - far away from airport

The description of the hotel is very deceptive. Throughout my week long travel in switzerland i realised mm t offers a better rate the booking so kudos for that. Since it was my last day and i had an early morning flight i choose to book ‘at the airport ‘. The description of the hotel said ‘connected to the airport ‘. This is very far from the truth. It’s about 1. 5 hr walk ( not that someone to venture into that ). When i pointed this out at the reception they said that they have a shuttle bus and you can book it my paying 8francs per person. So either this is a planned misleading by the hotel or isn’t aware of it. I would strongly recommend to avoid

The rooms were bad there was no kettle though coffee and tea satchets were kept. The water bottles kept were used and the sink was choked

Hi, just consider it as a transit hotel for connecting nearby places or mostly airport. Zurich city is best place to stay for city tour and sightseeing

Very pathetic hotel rude staff it is not near airport it takes 40 chf from airport breakfast is very minimal with no options no service no call back no water for drinking no cleaning of rooms

The hotel reception charges us 116chf as hold fees which is more than what was mentioned in the booking voucher and also it's been 10 days they have not reverted the charges. It's very unprofessional.

Located close to the airport. Cost me chf30 for taxi though ! neat and clean. By swiss standards it is reasonably priced. Nothing luxurious about the place but no complaints.
