Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium

I recently stayed here for 5 days on a leisure trip. Overall, the Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium offers a decent experience with good breakfast, service, and amenities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. However, I did notice some mould near the AC vents in the room access corridors, which is a sign that the property might be showing its age. Unfortunately, the checkout process was a major letdown. Despite requesting to have the checkout formalities completed in advance, the staff handling the process was incredibly slow. I ended up waiting for almost 50 minutes, which was frustrating, especially since they had added tips to the room service bill without my permission. This led to discrepancies in the final amount, and even after multiple follow-ups, they were slow in providing the supporting copies. To top it off, they didn’t even give me a final bill but just showed it to me briefly. While the stay was generally comfortable, the checkout experience left a sour note. I would recommend management to improve their processes to avoid such delays and confusion in the future.

The property is very good. I stayed in sukhumvit ambassador and grand president, but they were not that high-end. Spending fee more bucks on this Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium booking gave me a good experience. We stayed there for 4 days and my family also loved the ambience and cleanliness being maintained. The rooms were clean, services were good, and indian food options are there at the restaurant. The location of the property is not that great for the party lovers. It’s around 10-15 mins from sukhumvit from a cab. One can use bolt/grab to reach anywhere. No hood options for food outside the Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium, but you can go to sukhumvit/nana plaza, and have good food. There’s a shiv temple outside the Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium which was unexpected to us as mostly buddhism is preached in thailand. Overall, it was a comfortable, relaxing, and a good stay. Will recommend this Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium if you aren’t into late night parties and other things in thailand.

The experience in itself was good. No specific complaints. Location was easy to find. We used cabs and they were able to locate it very easily. Amenities were all okay. The premise itself was clean and neat. The room was clean and had everything. The Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium staff was extremely polite and addressed all our concerns almost immediately. A few things that could’ve been better: - swimming pool water was cold not even warm. We couldn’t swim for sometime. Vegan food options were not a lot, the food was definitely pricey. Everything in the Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium was inflated in price. The cab service to airport cost us 2. 5x of what it ideally costs but it was early in the morning, so outside options were limited. Sky train connectivity is less. We need to walk some distance before we could find the nearest station.

Had a very good stay. The room was quite large and clean with a nice view. The breakfast was fantastic and had quite a large spread. The staff was always helpful and polite. The gym is really big and nice. The swimming pool is quite small though. The Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium is a bit far from the main markets like sukhumvit. Also the phetchaburi mart is quite a long walk. With aged people it may be a problem. If you can book cabs/scooter through grab it's not a problem. That is what i used to do. A suggestion for the management - please change the perfume you use in the hallways. It smells of some very strong and cheap arabic oud perfume and feels a bit irritating. On the whole i would highly recommend this Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium. The quality of stay and food that you get at this price is excellent.

The Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium, though old, was super clean and spacious. The staff were very courteous and kind. The reception process could have been faster, but no complaints. The Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium is situated at the heart of the city and very accessible. The Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium offers amazing transport service as well. We used the Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium transportation most times and were very satisfied with the service. There is a grocery shop right next to the Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium as well as cafes and restaurants nearby. Atm facility is also present. Definitely recommend this place. Gave us a pleasant vacation )

The stay was comfortable. Rooms are spacious and beds were clean and cosy. Adequate toiletries provided and housekeeping was professional. Breakfast was very good with a number of local delicacies to try from. Service was good. Location is not really an advantage as the nearby metro serves different lines. Traffic is quite heavy on weekdays. Check in and check out times can be made more flexible as most of the flights arrive early in the morning and depart late in the evening. Though the Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium was accommodating the luggage storage and use of amenities after before check in and after check out.

The Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium is close to central locations like pratunam, sukhmuvit barely kms but due to traffic takes 20mins. 7/11 next to Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium, wide breakfast spread with some indian options everyday. Hotel needs to be little child/toddler friendly. Breakfast area is generally full as every other day you have some corporate event. Room service and housekeeping staff is good. Multiple lifts so no wait time. Descent swimming pool. Proximity to the highway is good.

Rooms were comfortable, all amenities were provided. Room was very spacious for 2 adults and 1 kid. We were provided with 4 water bottles per day and the housekeeping said we would be charged for any more bottles. And the charges are exorbitant. You can buy it from 7/11 store next to the Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium itself instead. Breakfast could be better. The spread is huge, but nothing that indians can comfortably eat. Mostly had bread and fruits.

We booked a stay for 2 nights in avani atrium and have to say it was one of the best properties we have stayed in. We have booked a skyline room and we got it 21st floor. The view from the room was amazing and the food and hospitality is amazing too. Only issue was they have a restaurant benihana which is a japanese restaurant do if you are not into japanese food, you might not like it. Other than that, it was an awesome stay.

Nice, clean, and excellent Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium. Overall the stay was good. The food was okay. However, the service was not up to the standards. I booked a corner room but at check-in, i was told corner rooms are unavailable! they helped by upgrading to a higher room category but i believe, the corner room would still be better. The service was slow. I had to call multiple times just to get drinking water in my room.

The room was quite good & spacious. We got a corner room, so windows on two sides, lovely brightness. The staff, specifically concierge staff was very good. The lady there, always smiling & greeting. Personal small talks. The breakfast layout was nice, with options of indian cuisine too. Masala chai was a great hit. Overall a good experience, though we stayed only for 2 nights 3 days.

They have kept decent option for food, indian thali was awsm to explore

I was not expecting this kind of luxury Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium at this price. The food was amazing. Breakfast buffet has numerous options including vegetarian and indian. The staff was very friendly and polite. The spa was good. Basically i would recommend this Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium to everyone who visits bangkok.

Berk fast the best room view spectacular pool n gym also gudnear by metro makkasan or petchuburi. Overall gud stay

It was a nice & comfortable stay, grand mercure bangkok atrium, front desk staff was was polite & helpful too, they even allowed us for an early check in. Booking through make my trip was also fully up to the mark and perfect. Overall a 5 stars to this entire stay and booking.

The grand mercure perfectly located in the city. Not too crowded, not too busy. The staffs were quite helpful and communication wasn’t an issue. Many good foreigners were present too. Overall, it was amazing !

We were upgraded to level 22, the executive floor as other rooms were booked. But, we did not get the bathtub, which we wanted. When we raised the issue, they asked us to change the room later! views from the room are great & the facilities are amazing

The property is really nice, located in petchaburi, around 13 minutes from the metro station. Transport is easily available. The Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium staff. Are quite helpful. The breakfast buffet is nice. The wi-fi works very well. The smoking rooms are situated only on the 12th floor.

Close to the sukhumvit road which gives it a calm vibe along side easy accessibility to the street hustle, its also very close to the shopping malls
