Easy to understand why this is a 5 star Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok. From Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok ambiance to service everything was great. Complimentary Lounge access for business class room was too good. You have a lot of options to choose from the bar as part of the complimentary access. The view from the 27th floor was amazing as it shows the Aerial view of Bangkok city. Room was very spacious with all amenities including coffee machine, toiletries, bathrobes, reading desk with lamp etc. I choose the smoking room but there was no smell of cigarettes from the earlier boarder. The complimentary breakfast option have a lot of various foods from Asian to Continental and American cuisine were present. I will definitely stay again at the business class room during my next visit.

Good Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok at a great location in bangkok. Close to ask buts and terminal 21 mall. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Amenities like pool area and gym are superb. One thing missing is a kids playroom, a very small area is designated near the restaurant. One thing to improve is the breakfast and staff’s attentiveness while attending to guests, they frequently forget orders better to go and fetch yourself. Also its more like a business Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok and a good one at that. Its totally worth the money. The staff at the reception is very helpful and courteous. If you are visiting bk k its one Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok you must consider.

On a leisure trip with friends and i would say these guys did a good job to ensure that we have a great trip. Was well greeted at the reception and pat ensured that we have a smooth booking and everything was already arranged well in advance ( 4 rooms) and most importantly she knew english and that too well versed in it. The rooms were good in size better than most of the other 5 star properties in bangkok. I would see the only room for improvement should be for the breakfast buffet they should ensure that as bangkok is a hub for indians they should ensure better quality indian food. I would surely recommend to try this property

The stay was good. Breakfast was good. The housekeeping needs improvement. Cleaning of rooms were too slow and mostly done in the late afternoon. We had a check out at 6 PM on the last day but no cleaning of rooms were done on that day in spite of repeated reminders stating that no housekeeping is done on the check out day. No replenishment was provided and the dust bins were also not cleaned on that day even if we paid extra for the late check out. Except housekeeping, everything was good.

Hotel is located in happening sukhumvit area approx 5 mins distance from asoke train station. Plenty of transport options available there to choose. Breakfast spread was good having continental, japanese and indian options. Room was well appointed but there was some worn upholstery on headside of bed which doesn't look good. Pool was okay and clean. Services are satisfactory and have scope of improvement for customer delight. Views from restaurant at top floor was awesome.

Our experience was great. the property was nice and clean and we got the city view side room. we found this property this located in sukhmvit area which is the central area. the central world was near by this place and there was a lot of place near by this Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok. as a Indian this is best Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok bcoz we had indian food in breafast they had the proper section in breakfast especially for the indians. staff is very nice.

Stayed there with a group of friends. Pros: Easily assessable by metro all happening places are within walking distance. The rooftop bar is amazing at night. The swimming pool is cozy and sunny, great for sunbathing. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Had a great sleep on all 4 nights. Cons: Check-in was a little chaotic. Staff- Friendly and helpful and service levels meet expectations. Food- Ok types, mostly ate out. Hence, won't be able to give an opinion.

Our stay was comfortable, staff was pleasant both in the reception as well as in the dining area. We had initial problem of water clogging in the shower which was taken care of immediately when contacted front desk. We had a problem with the safe too which again was take care off immediately. The breakfast buffet was the best you got a lot of options and cuisines to chose from. All in all a happy stay. Great location too close to near by buts

Overall good Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok. Nice location, ambience very close to terminal 21 and emporium mall. Good indian food available. Only beware of indian wedding it will become too noisy and crowded. Rooms are good only drawback i saw was that rooms are very poorly lit. The work desk has no light on it and it becomes very difficult to work in night. This is big area for improvement which if required for business travellers.

Stay was nice but could have been better regarding early check-in and late checkout and not all but some staff very cooperative. But 1 big mistake was done by a Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok staff by entering the room without ringing any bell inspite the DND sign was on. I took it lightly but it's not that every guest would do that and it's really a big mistake. Else the stay was pleasant and would like to visit again.

The stay was good. Staff was prompt and supportive. Room was good, spacious and superior quality. I even got business class room upgrade free of charge due to occupancy issues. One issue was with ac. Ac was not working properly even when ac was on auto climate control. It didn't work properly. But, other than this, the stay was comfortable. Hotel is on sukhumvit road so good connectivity to markets around.

Pros: 1) perhaps the best location for tourists, espy the first timers. 2) helpful staff. 3) smooth check in, gave us an early check in without any hassle. 4) breathtaking views from the rooftop. 5) rooms in top condition and offer beautiful views too. Cons: 1) the restaurant staff could be trained better in communication, at-least in basic english. 2) limited veg options, despite contrary claims.

The Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok location is vary good. Located in Sukhumvit, it is near to terminal 21 mall and other places like mbk etc. The breakfast was awesome. The rooms offer a good view of the Bangkok kyline. I would recommend to take rooms on the higher floors giving a good view. The Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok is neat and clean.

Indian breakfast and also an indian sheff was best and cooperative.

Went with my wife for new year eve. Had a delightful experience. Great location, big beautiful rooms even though a little old now. Had a lovely time at the pool too. Highly recommended.

Easy check in and chexk out process. Rooms are huge and well equipped. Roof top bar is a place where you get nice city views. Staff are super helpful and polite.

The staff and service of the Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok was so good and breakfast was tasty, nice atmosphere.

The front desk staff were very helpful. Got an early check in as well which was quite helpful since my flight landed in bangkok 4 hours earlier to the actual check-in time. The breakfast spread was great with a lot of options.

The stay was pleasant. The pool and the breakfast was amazing. Only downside is the corners in the room had a few dents and cracks but apart from that everything top notch!
