They provide indian food plus it’s centrally located right next to platinum mall the tariff is less in comparison to other hotels in the same area

Reasonably good hotel. But very barebones. No tissue papers, no water bottles. Seemed to be meant for business travelers rather than families on leisure trips.

Hotel is located in most happening area. Walkable distance to central world and few indian restaurants. Room is decent and clean. City view from room is nice

The hotel didn’t provide a warm welcome and the process was not in favorable manner we had rough time for check in and check out process and no priority was given even we did multiple nights out there for asking a mere water bottle they were not providing it

The location, amenities and services are excellent. However, i need improvement in the indian menu as a lot of indian travelers come with family, and they are not having variety in food

The hotel is amazing. Great location, clean and beautiful rooms. Breakfast spread includes indian cuisine. Highly recommend this hotel.
It's a good property in the middle of pratunam, clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast spread, the missing was a good lobby, swimming pool and the entrance of the hotel building is very sad, it can be good for shoppers

Nice location, close to shopping areas. Rooms are neat. Reception staff are little rude. They serve 2 to 3 indian items in breakfast but taste is pretty much ok ok.

The hotel hasn't got much indian breakfast options as compared to amai and other hotels. Also they charge you for swimming pool. Dont know why it's 4 star category.
