No hot water. Food was average. Towels were old. Rude staff at front desk. Even the bathroom slippers were made of plastic, could not wear them.

The rooms are very average with a small washroom. Hotel rooms donot justify the price charged. Its a old hotel with just average rooms.

Very pleasant stay. Good location. Helpful staff. Well appointed room. From the upper floors have great view, especially of the night skyline of bangkok. Great and affordable food in room service

-good breakfast -comfortable spacious room with very comfortable bed & mattress to have peaceful deep slumber -good front office space set up inside the room itself for semi-official meetings -good and compact kitchen with all minimum needs - comfy restroom and toilet with bath cubicle, all convenient bidet facilities, of course, a big bath tub which we didn't use, since we enjoyed the comfort of cubicles. Very good service staffs - in front desk, bell captain and also very courteous and helpful bearers and stewards in the restaurant who helped to us to identify egg-less vegetarian food among-st the thai food. Overall, very good & pleasant stay for this semi-official trip.

The hotel is centrally located and is in close proximity to all the major malls. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is good and above all the property is meticulously clean. I strongly recommend this property to all fellow travelers who are likely to visit bangkok.

Location of the hotel is very good. Hotel is very beautiful and the view from the hotel is also very beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff was also very professional.

I had a pleasant stay. The room size of the grand deluxe room was excellent. The check in check out was hassle free. The location of the hotel is what i like the most. It’s a quiet area and just one station away from the malls in siam.
The beat place to stay in bangkok. Location most central, the pricing of the rooms, can't be matched.

All need available in hotel. Room have good size and all good quality toiletry and other things. Good room service. Great breakfast. But need some more for veggitarians food.

Very plush hotel with great time and views. Arun thai restaurant had good food and very pleasant staff.
We stayed in a suite. Very good space and nice furniture. Decent view. Great location especially for those who are in bangkok to shop. Central world mall is only 700 m away while siam paragon mall is 1. 2 km's away. Security guys at the main gate of hotel are very attentive and wish guests every-time they see them. Room service was decent. Now coming to problems. Very low quality toiletries. One of the lady at the breakfast restaurant was very rude. One of the bell boy was rude and would just stare at guests. In house restaurant arun is absolutely a no go. I personally did not like anything at arun. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Although a good number of varieties but nothing for vegetarians except potatoes and stir fried vegetables. Vegetarians should either avoid this hotel or should not expect anything in breakfast. I stayed for 8 nights and went down for breakfast hardly thrice. I feel that they could have easily added at-least padthai noodles for vegetarians. The padthai that they had was with egg and shrimp. Sukhumvit is around 2. 5 km's from there but cab may take up to 25 to 30 mins bcoz of traffic jam. No pub atmosphere around. So, people who want bar and pubs should stay at sukhumvit but people looking to shop should stay in this area and hotel. Overall a good experience.
