Stay at metropoint was not good at all. Rooms were ok but the problem was in the breakfast. Not even a single vegetarian food only a bread was there for vegetarian. Travellers who vegetarian cannot be able to have breakfast in this hotel. Very bad with hotel management.

Very good at this value, cannot imagine such economic hotel in midst of bangkok city. Important places are far away but cabs are available. Big disappointment for vegetarians. Language is another issue, they only understand thai but use google translator!

Stay at metro point-hotel

Good budget hotel. 9 storeys ac room with balcony. Somewhat off center from tourist attractions. Near to suvarnabhumi airport but far away from don muang. Very good complimentary breakfast. Hotel staff courteous but front office ladies speak only broken english. A big difficulty is there is no tourist bureau or help desk. It was quite difficult for us to navigate.

There is no indian food, only chinese food & it’s tooo far the city, there is no restaurant near by the hotel

We stayed at the property for two nights. We liked it's cleanliness, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Property was not good from inside. When we arrived at night 2am they told they have upgraded my room. But that room have two single bed. He told us to attach the bed. I told i can't can you send someone to do that. Then he send one person to add the bed. He just add the bed not even he did the bedsheet. We ignored. Once we came to room the room was clean. Happy to see room but when we open bathroom again the bed smell, but the bathroom is clean. Then we found the smell is coming from the pipe. It was late night we thought morning will inform to housekeeping. Next day afternoon when we called housekeeping no one answered, we inform reception for house keeping. No one came again i informed again then a person came with 2bottle water. I asked about housekeeping he told he will send them but no one came. Again we ignored as morning we have flight. Every where it is mentioned don't keep your valuable in the room. No chair in the room, balcony is not clean looks like it is not clean from years. Overall not good for stay.
